Satellite Data Platform Solafune Expands to a Service Used in Over 110 Countries and Regions Worldwide
Over 110 countires are now using Solafune.
The satellite data platform "Solafune," operated by Solafune, Inc. (CEO: Ren Uechi), has expanded into a service used in over 100 countries and regions worldwide.
The satellite data analysis platform "Solafune" engages engineers and data scientists worldwide in competitive online development of satellite data analysis technology. As of August 28, 2024, it is utilized in approximately 110 countries and regions. To date, more than 20,000 algorithms have been developed on this platform, including technologies for analyzing areas where mining activities are being conducted.
Going forward, with the mission "Hack The Planet," Solafune aims to describe every phenomenon on Earth through software and work toward solving major global challenges.

Solafune operates competitions that tackle global challenges using satellite and geospatial data.
We are currently hosting a competition titled "Estimation of Aerosol Optical Thickness," contributing to environmental issues.
