Basic Qualifications
2+ years of work experience in server-side development
Python (Python-based frameworks)
2+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
2+ years of experience working with Docker
Experience using Github
Experience in CI / CD implementation
Use English at verbal communication level
Reading and writing skills in English (Our internal documents are in English)
Preferred Qualifications
Use English at business level
Experience leading team development projects
Knowledge and skills in machine learning techniques
Experience in running data analysis competitions
Experience in using satellite data, geospatial data, GIS tools, etc.
Experience participating in data science competitions such as Kaggle and its results
Experience in working outside of your area of expertise

Hiring Process

②Case Study or Problem-solving Exercise (1-2 hours)
Complete a case study or problem-solving exercise to demonstrate your strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Present your findings and recommendations to the hiring team
③Initial Interview (30 min - 1 h)
Discuss your background, skills, and experiences related to the Software Engineer role
Assess your understanding of organizational dynamics and ability to work closely with senior leadership
④Panel Interview (1-2 hours)
Engage in a panel interview with key stakeholders, including the CEO and other members of the leadership team
Discuss your fit for the role, leadership style, and approach to driving organizational success
⑤Reference Check and Background Verification
Provide references from previous employers or colleagues who can speak to your qualifications and performance
Undergo background verification checks as required by company policy
⑥Offer and Onboarding
Receive and review the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other details
Complete any necessary paperwork and undergo orientation and training as needed
Begin your role as a software engineer with support and guidance from the CEO and leadership team
