Responsibilities
Serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, providing support in decision-making, communication, and execution of company initiatives
Act as a liaison between the CEO and various internal departments, ensuring alignment of goals and effective communication channels
Drive special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, overseeing planning, execution, and follow-up activities
Analyze organizational performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and leadership team for continuous improvement
Lead and manage cross-functional teams and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, fostering collaboration and accountability
Serve as a representative of the CEO in interactions with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, investors, and the media
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Required Skills
Use English at the business level
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Proven experience in a strategic advisory or project management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a track record of driving results
Ability to maintain composure and make informed decisions under pressure
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, and project management software
Preferred skills and experience (Nice to have)
Use Japanese at the business level
Master's degree in business administration, management, or related field
Experience working in a leadership capacity or closely with C-level executives
Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business strategy, operations, and organizational development
Familiarity with financial analysis and budgeting processes
Previous experience in roles requiring discretion and handling confidential information
Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams and initiatives

Undergo background verification checks as required by company policy
Offer and Onboarding
Receive and review the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other details
Complete any necessary paperwork and undergo orientation and training as needed
Begin your role with support and guidance from the CEO and leadership team

Salary
8,000,000 JPY / year or more
Work Hours
9:00 - 18:00 (including 1 hour break) Five-day work week
