Responsibilities
Develop the business of the products and services we offer and manage the related corporate operations
Collaborate with our clients to launch new services and businesses
Develop and implement a business strategy
Recruit team members and form a global team for the department you are responsible for
Manage a corporate team including general affairs, legal, accounting, human resources, labor relations, and other back-office operations necessary to run the business
Communicate with people in the government
Required Skills
2+ years of total experience in enterprise sales, consulting or manager
Ability to use English and Japanese at business level
Experience in corporate operations including general affairs, legal, accounting, human resources, labor relations and other back-office operations
Experience working in a global team
Ability to propose and verbalize highly abstract issues
Preferred skills and experience (Nice to have)
Experience in working with satellite data and the space industry domain
Experience in utilizing geospatial data and GIS tools.
Experience in making proposals and building relationships with management and top business units
Experience in working as an engineer
Experience in working as a designer, solution architect, or other area outside of your area of expertise
Experience in starting a business
Experience working in a CXO / board position in a for-profit company
Database experience with SQL, etc.
Tools

Undergo background verification checks as required by company policy
⑥Offer and Onboarding
Receive and review the job offer, including salary, benefits, and other details
Complete any necessary paperwork and undergo orientation and training as needed
Begin your role as a part of the Business Development team with support and guidance from the CEO and leadership team

9,000,000 JPY / year or more
Work Hours
9:00 - 18:00 (including 1 hour break) Five-day work week
